  I joined T3 Fitness in my early 60’s in January 2014. I started working with Julie as my Personal Trainer.
  
  From the beginning, Julie set a very positive, supportive and friendly atmosphere that made starting out so easy and actually fun. She is an excellent listener, tailors my 1 hour appointments to my goals, mixes in adaptations and new exercises constantly using her many professional experiences and genuinely makes each workout very enjoyable. I lost 40 lbs. in 2014, have maintained my new weight, am in excellent shape and am much stronger and more active. Joining Julie with T3 has been one of the most significant and best decisions of my life. Besides finding the best Personal Trainer, I also found a remarkable friend!
